Eli's birthday concert

Just like last year we were lucky enough to get to see Eli's favorite kindie rock band play on his birthday. This year they were doing a free show at University Bookstore and Top Pot Donuts. So bonus was Eli got his first ever donut and got to get his groove on. We were able to meet and talk with Drew before the show and Eli told him it was his birthday. So midpoint of the concert they wished Eli a very special birthday and sang him a birthday song. I love these guys and how awesome they are with the kids. I know I have posted here before about them all being elementary school teachers for a day job, and their talent really is with children. Thank you Drew, Daron and Jack for making Eli's day very special!




Later that evening we went to Red Robin to have a hamburger birthday dinner. Eli even got a special birthday sunday and yet again was sang to! What a great way to spend a birthday.
