Jetty island is a little spot on the Puget Sound in Everett where the water is actually warm! At low tide the water goes out for miles and it reveals a huge mudflat to play on and get dirty in. The sun warms the mud and when the tide rolls back in it feels like bath water.
So we headed over on the dingy and played for a hour or so and then came back to the boat and had some dinner. What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
